TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order Requirement

Gold Jewellery

• Ready Stock - Minimum 25 grams
• Made-to-Order - Minimum 50 grams per category
• No minimum quantity for Handmade and Machine Bangles.
• Factory-specific minimums may apply.

Silver Jewellery

• Minimum 1 KG Ready stock

2. Made-to-Order (Gold Jewellery)

• Available exclusively to 24KT Members.
• Selection must be made from the official Jewel Casa catalogue.
• Custom orders may be considered for: Bangles, Bombay Necklace and Cuban.
• Final delivered weight may vary by up to ±10%.
• Billing shall be based on actual final weight.
• Standard dispatch timeline: 10-12 working days (subject to factory load).

3. Delivery Policy

• >Free delivery above 50g for Gold Jewellery and 1KG for Silver Jewellery.
• Below this: ₹500 (Gold) / ₹750 (Silver) per dispatch will be applicable.
• Ready Stock dispatch: 3 working days.
• Made-to-Order dispatch: 12 working days.
• In case of metal payment, transport and insurance costs to be borne by client.

4. Payment Terms

• Order Confirmation:
• ₹10,000 token (Ready Stock)
• 10% advance (Made-to-Order)
• Token amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Client must complete payment and arrange pickup within 3 days from the date of intimation of receipt of goods. A 3-day grace period will be provided. Thereafter, holding charges of 0.05% per day may be applied until clearance.
• Goods will be held for maximum 2 weeks; thereafter may be sent for melting.
• Rate Cut Policy
• Once rate is confirmed, order is non-cancellable and payable same day.
• Delay after rate cut: ₹10,000 per KG per day.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

• Goods once selected (Ready Stock or Made-to-Order) are procured specifically for the client. Client is obligated to accept and clear payment for the same.
• Cancellation will result in deduction of token amount.
• Transit damage must be reported immediately with photo/video proof; Jewel Casa will arrange pickup after verification.
• Approved returns will be accepted on melting basis (excluding wastage & melting charges): 22KT - 91.6%; 20KT - 83.3%; 18KT - 75%

6. Product Exchange - Terms & Conditions

• Exchange available on ready stock with Exchange logo on website.
• Exchange applicable only on 100 gm selection orders.
• Request must be raised within 15 days of dispatch.
• Exchange value will be adjusted against new jewellery purchase only (no cash refund).
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Items with scratches, dents, repair, stone damage, or hallmark tampering will not be accepted.
• Reverse shipping & insurance must be arranged by the client.
• Pre-approval is mandatory before sending the product.
• Final exchange is subject to quality check approval.
